How is cost for services calculated?
We have set prices for certain items but, as a general rule, we charge a flat rate per hour for all miscellaneous services, with a one hour minimum. If you combine services, it will reduce the overall price of your projects.
How much does it cost for an estimate?
All small service estimates are free.
Do I just pay for service or parts too?
Materials or parts can be obtained in two ways;
1. You purchase the materials for the job,
2. We purchase the materials for the job (disposals, faucets, outlets, lighting, etc.) for a shopping fee on the materials only.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, our workmanship is guaranteed, and we are a licensed, bonded, and insured company.
The products/materials we install are covered by their individual manufacture's warranties.
